We have a lot of busy people in the SendHub Community and many of you asked us to make it easier for you to plan ahead. Today we’re happy to announce we recently launched our scheduled messages feature.
Here’s a quick play-by-play on how to use it:
- After adding your recipients and message text, click on the green words “Schedule Delivery” located next to the send button.
- Click on the field next to the calendar image to select the date of delivery
- Click on the field next to the clock to select a time. We give you options for every 30 minutes.
- Click the send button and presto, your message is moving!
You can now plan messages weeks in advance, as many of our users are already doing. The SendHub crew uses this feature for sending meeting reminders (and reminders to call our mothers, which they love).
